Return Policy We accept returns of merchandise up to 30 days from the shipment date with notification within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.  First, please report any damaged merchandise or shortages by e-mail to Returns@BoxerBriefs.com. Please note that due to the intimate nature of underwear we cannot accept worn garments, or open packages. All items must be in sealed packages and unworn. Any item or package that has been worn or opened cannot, by law, be accepted.  Boxer Briefs will issue credit on the cost of the merchandise not the shipping and handling charges.  Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Returns on sizing issues will only receive store credit. Boxer Briefs will issue credit on shipping errors.  All returns will be handled on case by case basis. All returns must be authorized.   To return an item for exchange or credit, contact us at Returns@BoxerBriefs.com for an authorization code first.
